Habits and Behavior

Our character is a composite of habits and behaviour. Subconscious, consistent actions are called habits. Observable acts, both conscious and unconscious, that are influenced by a multitude of aspects, such as upbringing, learning, and environment, are referred to as behaviour.
Habits can be both positive or negative, obvious or subtle, empowering or detrimental. All habits are controlled by the mind and the mind is controlled by our willpower. Fortitude, wish, desire to change, focus, and commitment, will bring you strength and clarity. Habits are difficult to break, but they are possible to be corrected.
Who do I want to be? What is the life I want to manifest? What are my habits and behaviours, are they enabling or disabling? The first step of change is awareness and acceptance of what needs to shift.
Your daily habits have the power to transform your life. Positive habits become values and positive values become your destiny.
Be honest in cultivating your meaningful habits and behaviour, even if no one is watching you. Success is hidden in your habits. Everything is possible with your willingness to give purpose to your life with sincere efforts.
