Pathways to Good Health
Man has been reliant on nature from ancient times. Over the past few centuries, mankind has turned to chemical-based medications to heal itself, however these are not 100% effective.
Mental concentration, physical health and emotional health are all deteriorating, so much so that the human existence has become devoid of emotions, resembling a lovely flower without any fragrance.
Also, chakras get blocked, and inner energy cannot move from the root chakra to the crown chakra, resulting in chakra imbalance. This is the biggest cause of chronic diseases developing in mind and body triggering imbalances in oxygen levels in the blood and the mind and other organs of the body. Breathing is most important. Many diseases are emerging as a result of people drinking less water.
The world is sustained by the combination of tripods of life, satva(mind), atma (soul) and shareera (body). They constitute the basis for everything.
Rejuvenating ourselves naturally takes longer than using pharmaceutical medications. Ayurveda is the most sacred science of life, a natural science benefiting humanity.
Ayurvedic medicines treat the ailment from its root, while chemical-based medications only suppress it.
A healthy body and mind are essential to your comfort, happiness, and good health. An important factor in the relationship between the mind and body is mental wellness. Mindset is everything.
Keeping a positive mindset is helpful and crucial for preventing illness. If you do not keep an optimistic and healthy mindset then you will turn the illness into a chronic disease.
We are a body of chemicals. When we are happy, we produce happy hormones or chemicals. When we are afraid, angry, in rage, feeling alone, hurt, abused, hopeless, weak, or sad, we produce the chemicals that support these feelings also.
Neurochemicals are chemical messengers that carry information from the mind to the body and back again through the body fluids. Every cell in the body is covered with receptor cells for these chemicals to attach.
If we are not acknowledging our emotions, the chemicals have to go somewhere, and over time they will take on a more and more dense vibration and eventually an illness or a dis-ease will appear.
Invoke positive energy through meditation and prayers to “infill, in fold, surround and protect every cell in the body. In so doing the receptor cells attach to this healing vibration.
Dis-ease is never a punishment. It is simply nature’s way of letting you know that something is out of alignment. Another way to attract dis-ease in this life is perhaps when we are dealing with a past life karma. The body never forgets even through lifetimes.
THIS IS ALWAYS AN INSIDE JOB
